FAQ's and Useful Info
What is screen printing?
Screen printing is a decoration method where ink is pushed through a stencil (screen) onto garments. It’s best for bold designs, solid colors, and larger quantities, creating a smooth, long-lasting print. Screens are created through a chemical process using light sensitive emulsion.
What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is typically 2-3 weeks after proof approval and deposit payment. Larger orders or specialty prints may require additional time. Turnaround time may vary depending on current workload.
Rush orders may be available depending on production capacity.
Do you have a minim for screen priting?
Our minimum order for screen printing is 24 pieces per design.
This minimum helps cover setup time, screens, and production costs and ensures the best pricing and quality for your order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because screen-printed items are custom-made, all sales are final unless an error occurred on our end.
Do you provide the garments?
Yes! We offer a variety of quality garment options including many top brands. Customer-supplied garments may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and are printed at the customer’s risk.
Do I need to pay in full up front?
Typically, we require a 50% deposit up front to begin your project. The balance is paid upon completion of project. Other arrangements may be made on a case by case basis.
What artwork files do you accept?
We prefer high-resolution, print ready vector files (AI). High-quality PNG files may also be accepted for single color designs. A design fee will be charged for non-vector files.
How do I place an order?
Submit a quote request through our website with your garment details, quantity, print locations & number of colors in your design. We’ll follow up with pricing and next steps within 48 hours.

Disclaimer:
All screen-printed items are custom-made to order. Screen printing is a production process that requires setup, screens, and manual handling, which is why a minimum of 24 pieces per design is required.
Slight variations in print placement, ink coverage, and color are normal and part of the screen-printing process. Final prints may vary slightly from digital proofs due to fabric type, garment color, and ink behavior.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order size, design complexity, and current production volume. All screen-printed orders are final sale unless an error occurs on our end. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our screen-printing process and policies.
